Biography

Victoria is a Clinical Therapist at the Vendetti Wellness Group who supports those who span young adulthood through senior years to better address life’s challenges, overcome personal and professional struggles, and improve self-esteem and interpersonal dynamics in order to develop new ways of thinking about and moving in the world. She is a humanistic therapist who focuses on the individual’s potential for self-discovery and growth with the knowledge that we each are doing the best we can. She seeks to understand each individual’s current challenges, background and coping strategies so as to help clients get through difficult times and make desired changes. Victoria worked at the Westfield State University Counseling Center and the University of Massachusetts Center for Counseling and Psychological Health serving students at all levels, and at a community behavioral health mobile crisis unit supporting community members with urgent needs. Prior to becoming a counselor, Victoria was an organizational development specialist who spent decades supporting individuals in their professional development, teams in improving communication and collaboration, and victims of trauma by holding group collage workshops and processing sessions. Her desire to become a therapist stems from a deep appreciation for people, an understanding that it is hard to be human and how beneficial consistent care and compassion can be in our life journey. Victoria grew up in NYC’s Greenwich Village, studied architecture, acting, and comedy improv among other interests. Thanks to her (now adult) sons, she is an avid LEGO collector and NYC Comic Con enthusiast who enjoys baking and providing a loving home for her Chihuahua, cats and husband of over two decades.
