Biography
In my approach to therapy, I encourage curiosity about patterns rather than judging or condemning them. My style is upfront, curious, and collaborative. I’m not the kind of therapist who sits silently nodding. I work hard to marry empathy and warmth with specific feedback. We talk directly about what’s happening and why, and work together to figure out what changes can be made to shift stubborn dynamics. I sometimes offer general life coaching for people wanting a more directive and structured approach than therapy.
