Nicky is a clinical mental health therapist with Vendetti Wellness Group. With a focus on trauma, anxiety and depression, Nicky’s practice is based on compassion. Through empathic listening and a solutions-focused model, she guides clients toward identifying and nurturing their inner strengths. Specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Nicky works collaboratively with clients to reduce symptoms, increase self-efficacy and forge a more peaceful path forward. Nicky is an Ironman triathlete, ultra-distance runner, and equestrian with a passion for understanding the mind-body connection. She works with teens, adults, families and couples.
