Biography
Nicole believes that meaningful therapy begins with creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, respected, and accepted for who they are. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centered, with an emphasis on allowing clients to take an active role in their own healing and growth. Nicole’s clientele has consisted across the lifespan, ranging from adolescences to late adulthood.
Nicole works with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, PTSD and trauma, grief and loss, relationship and marriage concerns, and women's issues. Nicole also provides LGBTQIA+ affirmative care and is committed to creating an inclusive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their identities, relationships, experiences, and goals without judgment.
At the heart of Nicole's work is the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives. Nicole strives to foster a therapeutic relationship built on empathy, kindness, authenticity, and trust while helping clients strengthen their sense of autonomy and self-esteem. Rather than telling clients who they should be or how they should live, Nicole supports clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, identifying what matters most to them, and building the confidence to make choices that align with their own values.
Nicole views therapy as a collaborative process and believes that healing does not have to follow a predetermined path. Whether a client is navigating a difficult transition, processing past experiences, working through relationship challenges, or simply seeking a better understanding of themselves, Nicole provides a compassionate and supportive space to explore, grow, and move forward at their own pace.
