Neha is a Clinical Therapist and researcher with 10+ years of experience in neuropsychology, several forms of psychotherapy including meditation-based cognitive interventions. She believes that early intervention and non-pharmacological strategies can significantly improve cognitive outcomes and enhance the quality of life for individuals with mental health concerns. Neha’s research has been internationally recognized, including a Neuropsychology International Fellowship in the UK and a Summer Scholar Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. Neha’s therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, focusing on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her methods are patient-centered, aiming to empower individuals through self-awareness and cognitive resilience. In addition to her clinical expertise, she actively collaborates with international researchers through SARANG (South Asian Researchers Association in Neurodegenerative Diseases), a platform she founded to promote global research initiatives. Outside of her professional life, Neha enjoys traveling and exploring nature, finding solace and inspiration in discovering new places and understanding diverse cultures.
