Biography
Lenny is a mental health counselor who works with adults, adolescents, and children, with a focus on building a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship. He takes a client-centered approach, meeting individuals where they are and adapting sessions to fit their needs and preferences.
With a background in music therapy and expressive techniques, Lenny incorporates creative elements alongside traditional talk therapy to support emotional expression, regulation, and insight. He has experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, and autism, and values creating a safe and engaging space for each client.
Lenny holds dual master’s degrees in music therapy and clinical mental health counseling from Lesley University and is currently working toward independent licensure.
