Kaylin Holmes is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Vendetti Wellness Group. Kaylin has been working in the mental health field since 2010, and brings unique experiences in helping a variety of ages and backgrounds. The first step that Kaylin focuses on in the therapeutic relationship is building trust and comfort. She understands that engaging in therapy can leave one vulnerable, and having a positive rapport with the therapist is essential to feel that you can speak freely without judgement. Kaylin utilizes a person- centered approach and recognizes client strengths to help achieve the changes desired. She also incorporates art therapy to help individuals explore a deeper understanding of themselves.
