Biography
I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel comfortable being themselves and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I earned my Master of Social Work and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient, community-based, school-based, home-based, and telehealth settings. I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, stress, self-esteem challenges, and relationship concerns.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy while integrating additional therapeutic techniques to best support each client’s goals. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and I strive to help clients recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and build resilience as they move toward a more fulfilling life.
