Eva is a Clinical Therapist at Vendetti Wellness Group. She is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. She has a strong passion for helping others through a person-centered approach that embodies empathetic understanding, genuineness, and acceptance of the person as they are. She has experience working with diverse populations including adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues. She uses REBT (a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy), that focuses on helping clients change their negative thoughts about themselves and their life. She also has a background in fitness and nutrition and aims to treat the whole person through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health to enhance their quality of life.
