Biography
Emma is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in relational and developmental trauma. Her approach is grounded in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and Internal Family Systems, working at the level of the nervous system and lived experience, not just thought patterns. She believes the most meaningful change happens when we understand not just what we feel, but why. Her clinical work is informed by her original research centering on childhood emotional neglect and adult relational functioning. She sees adults and teens navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, anxiety, burnout, and the patterns that keep showing up no matter how hard you try to outrun them.
