Biography

Candi Wolfe is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who provides individual therapy for adults, with a special focus on women 35+ who feel anxious, depleted, or not quite like themselves. She works with clients navigating midlife transitions, including perimenopause and menopause, caregiving stress, empty or changing nests, relationship changes or divorce, career shifts, retirement decisions, and the lasting impact of childhood and family-of-origin experiences on present-day relationships and self-worth. Candi earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University and is an Evergreen Certified Aging and Mental Health Specialist. Her experience includes outpatient psychotherapy, telehealth, and work in a partial hospitalization program, as well as teaching graduate-level mental health counseling as adjunct faculty. Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and age-affirming. In session, Candi collaborates with clients to slow down, make sense of what they are carrying, and explore patterns rooted in earlier life experiences, while also integrating practical coping strategies, boundary-setting, and nervous-system–soothing techniques. Clients often describe her as warm, grounded, and thoughtfully direct, and she strives to offer a steady, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported.
