Position Overview:  Clinical Therapists will provide outpatient individual and family counseling to clients of Vendetti Wellness Group.  Clinical Therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.  We are currently looking for therapists who are experienced, passionate, and ready to be a part of a dynamic and collaborative team.  If you want to be valued, supported, and make a difference at the same time, please consider applying.

Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Perform in office and/or telehealth clinical counseling services to clients of Vendetti Wellness Group in accordance with company policies.

  2. Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work are required.

  3. Keep up with requirements necessary to stay licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for VWG.

  4. Respond to clients’ requests for service or calls within 48 hours whether such request are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the VWG website.

  5. Communicate with client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary

  6. Timely completion of written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes or other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time to time by VWG or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the client within a timely fashion (by Saturday of each week).  Keep client files accurate and up to date.

  7. Charge and collect payments from patients for services provided consistent with the policy and rate for such services as established by VWG

  8. Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner to represent VWG in the highest regard.

  9. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Align with VWG’s mission, vision, and values.

  2. Must be punctual in reporting to work.

  3. Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work with an active, unrestricted license to practice in the State of Massachusetts or working towards licensure.

  4. Available to hold at least 25 client sessions per week.

  5. Be organized and detail-oriented

  6. Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.

  7. Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

  8. Prior experience in a private practice setting is highly preferred.

  9. Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e. children, teens, trauma, couples, grief, etc.)
