Stacy Esposito, LMHC



Stacy Esposito, LMHC, earned her Mental Health Counseling degree from Lesley University. Stacy aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment in order for individuals to explore parts of themselves that may be shameful or difficult. Stacy utilizes a strength-based, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to support her clients in reaching the goals they have set forth for their therapy, whether that be helping to sort out challenges and thoughts, to more fundamental shifts in symptoms of anxiety, depression, challenges with anger, or trauma responses.

Stacy has worked with individuals with a large array of diagnoses which include variations of anxiety and depression, PTSD and adjustment disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and individuals with various intellectual capacities.

Stacy holds an additional masters degree in Research Psychology from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She has worked in a variety of settings which include residential treatment for adolescents, in-home intensive therapy with children and families, and school-based therapy. She has experience working with children, adolescents, families, adults, and with individuals who identify as LGBTQ.
