Mandi Segel, LMHC
Mandi Segel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She graduated from Framingham State University with a Masters degree in Psychology Counseling, and a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Franklin Pierce University. Working with a diverse population, Mandi has worked with adults in a Partial Hospitalization Program, running many groups and doing case management. She has also worked in a school setting with children who have special needs. Mandi specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and enhancing coping skills. Mandi is also experienced at working with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Mandi is passionate about her work and believes that everyone can benefit by seeking help to fulfill their destiny.
In Mandi's spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach and loves to cook.
