Kristin has a warm and direct presence that allows her to connect with her clients with humor and compassion. Using a creative, dynamic and non-judgemental perspective, she collaborates with clients to identify their goals, develop skills, and learn to challenge old thought patterns and beliefs. She utilizes a holistic and strengths-based approach to support clients in managing issues related to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, anger management, trauma processing, challenging relationships, and developing self-esteem and identity. She has a particular passion for trauma focused treatment, including mindfulness-based interventions that allow for empowerment and healing.
Kristin recognizes that coming to therapy often requires courage and meets each individual with compassion and respect. She invites her clients to honor the resilience, strength, and hope that brings them into her office.
In her free time, Kristin enjoys art journaling, old B horror movies, and visiting family and friends in Colorado.
