Kayla Farley, LMHC
Kayla is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) who enjoys working with adolescents and adults with mental health and substance use disorders. Kayla graduated from Assumption College with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, including concentrations in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Interventions. Kayla has experience working in a variety of settings, including a community program with adolescents and their families, as well as an outpatient program for adults with mental health and substance use disorders. Kayla has worked with individuals with various issues related to depression, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, trauma, substance use, interpersonal conflict, grief and loss, and has a passion working with women’s issues.
Kayla provides a welcoming and safe environment to every person that courageously comes into therapy. She helps people identify goals, build upon their strengths, and find strategies to help cope with daily struggles. Kayla utilizes various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and client-centered approaches to tailor therapy based on individual needs.
