Revital Bregman, Doctoral Intern
Revital is a second-year clinical psychology doctoral student with a concentration in health psychology. She integrates psychological health with physical/medical health into one comprehensive, holistic model of work. Revital received her Bachelor of Science in psychology and neuroscience from George Mason University, and afterwards received her master’s in medical sciences from University of South Florida.
Prior to her education, Revital served in the medical forces of the Israeli military as a medical assistant. She worked with military personnel, as well as with their families, who came from many backgrounds, ethnicities, socio-economic statuses, and ages. Throughout the years, Revital volunteered and worked with both children and adolescents as well as adults in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, schools, community mental health centers, residencies, and nursing homes. Revital’s approach to therapy is client-centered, empathetic, and compassionate, providing a safe and non-judgmental space with a value of a strong therapeutic relationship.
