Bailey has always believed that having a balanced life is key to honoring your greatest and highest good; this means utilizing your mind, your body, and your spirit every day. Mindfulness and meditation naturally became a part of her daily routine to meet the three requirements. She found that practicing mindfulness and meditation helped ease her own anxieties and decided to leave her life in Marketing to help others with the use of mindfulness. She is currently enrolled in the Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach Mindfulness Teacher Certification Program that begins in February 2021. She is an advocate for increasing mental health awareness and hopes that it will be a subject that the public is not embarrassed to discuss.
